Meet our new customer service duo, Josh Parrish and Michaela Moore. They will be working with new and existing customers during the purchasing, rental, and service process. They are always available to answer questions on our website chat or at customerservice@morganitech.com.

Josh Parrish

Josh Parrish has been with MIT for the last 4 years. He recently transitioned from a Business Development Leader position, where he worked with companies to make sure they had the right equipment for their application. Many of the skills he gained as a Business Development Leader are used in his new role. Customers can use him as a resource for any questions about rental or purchasing.

Before MIT, Josh worked at the Missouri Department of Conservation as a Resource Technician at Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery (aka Fish Farmer).

Josh’s positive attitude and problem-solving skills make him a great addition to our customer service team.

Favorite Motivational Quote: “Life’s a garden, DIG IT!” – Joe Dirt

Hobbies: Land management/habitat improvement on the family farm, Hunting, Fishing, Archery, Cooking, and anything outside. Also, spending time with his two kids and wife.

Fun Fact: Josh is a self-proclaimed “tree geek” and can usually identify any tree in his path.

Michaela M CSR

Michaela Moore

MIT is excited to have Michaela Moore join our customer service team. Michaela is originally from Harrison, Arkansas and has years of guest/customer service experience working at a resort. Her past work experience helped her to gain skills working through unique customers issues while thinking quick on her feet.

She now coordinates the service department and walks customers through the repair process. We’re happy to utilize her communication and problem-solving skills in the customer service department.

Passions: Art, nature, music, and the human psyche.

Fun Fact: Michaela has never been to [real] concert.
